Context over Control
In 2009, Netflix published a simple PDF culture memo. One slide that particularly resonated with me was “Context over Control,” a management style I’ve tried to adopt over the years. With Agentic AI, this has evolved into the new way of working for Software Engineers. Context Engineering ensures that the tokens in your request are the right ones to get the response you need from the LLM.
