Use Python for all things LLM

After building I Am Committed it become apparent that (and unsurprisingly) the Rust ecosystem is a little behind the Python ecosystem when it comes to tools and libraries for interacting with GenAI and LLMs. Whilst there is an argument for building using Rust for high performance applications, the limited availability of tooling is a drawback for learning.
